Kaitlyn K.
Administrator
Kaitlyn serves as Administrator of Concord Care Center, bringing a strong background in resident advocacy and leadership to her role. She joined the organization as Social Worker in 2018 after earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Coe College and spending just over a year working within the child maltreatment and juvenile court system. In July 2024, she transitioned into the Administrator role, where she has helped lead the community back to a 5-Star CMS rating in both the Overall and Quality Measures categories.
Kaitlyn is passionate about serving residents, tenants, and families in the hometown she loves. She values the opportunity to care for people she has known since childhood while providing support and reassurance to families during some of life's most challenging moments. She is committed to fostering a welcoming, compassionate environment where residents receive exceptional care and feel truly at home. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys gardening and growing flowers, vegetables, and plants, and loves finding ways to share those interests to enrich the lives of the residents she serves.
